Stapelfeld
Location Minerva Park:
The first inter-municipal cross-border industrial estate between the states of Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg is currently being developed in Stapelfeld. With Minerva Park on the side of the northernmost federal state and Victoria Park on the Hamburg side, one of the most attractive business parks in Germany is being developed.
In the Stormarn district, WAS is thus providing companies with space of the highest quality standards on an area of around 13 hectares. The site was awarded gold status by the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council www.dgnb.de) for its outstanding ecological, economic, socio-cultural, technical and process quality aspects. This makes the project the first commercial area in Germany with a development certificate awarded for neighbourhoods in the planning phase.
The excellent location is particularly suitable for companies and organisations with knowledge-based jobs, technology-affine production and classic trade.
Targeted companies can expect a neighbourhood that is ecologically sensible and aesthetically pleasing with green spaces and infrastructure that goes far beyond what is legally required. Charging facilities for e-mobility, car parking spaces under the buildings and effectively landscaped outdoor areas offer employees an optimal working environment.
Another advantage of the site is its convenient location with optimal connections to the A1 motorway (2 km) and the proximity to Fuhlsbüttel airport (17 km).
Fully developed commercial sites are expected to be available to interested companies from the
1st quarter of 2024. Please contact us.
