Landesprogramm Wirtschaft (LPW)
The state of Schleswig-Holstein is launching a new economic development programme in the 2014-2020 funding period – the Landesprogramm Wirtschaft (LPW). Under the slogan of ‘Wir fördern Wirtschaft‘ (We promote business), the Landesprogramm Wirtschaft will be funded by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE), the Joint Bund-Länder Agreement for the Improvement of Regional Economic Structures (Bund-Länder-Gemeinschaftsaufgabe ‘Verbesserung der regionalen Wirtschaftsstruktur’, GRW) and the federal state.
The Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) has been appointed to handle the Landesprogramm Wirtschaft as partner of the state of Schleswig-Holstein.

Energy optimisation in SMEs (enOpt.KMU)
As part of a programme focused on developing the regional economy (Landesprogramms Wirtschaft), the Land supports small and medium-sized enterprises in measures to optimise the energy efficiency of their operations. The IB.SH Energy Agency offers companies an initial consultation tailored to their individual needs, including an appointment on site, if so desired. The aim is to inform small and medium-sized enterprises about the possibilities of using subsidies to increase energy efficiency and in particular to set up and maintain an energy management system so that this factor is considered when making investment decisions.
