As a leading manufacturer of control valves, SCHLEY has been combining the tradition of an owner-managed industrial company with modern technology and German industrial quality for more than 100 years. Schley Armaturen GmbH specialises in self-regulating pressure reducing, pressure regulating, overflow and safety valves as well as jet pumps for industrial plant engineering and shipbuilding. The portfolio ranges from standard valves to suitable spare parts and project-specific customised valves. The entire value creation process takes place in Ahrensburg. From there, the company delivers its valves worldwide.

Managing Director Matthias Podszun invited us into his company and told us about the interesting work processes and the company's move from Trittau to Ahrensburg in 2021. With its 15 employees, they face the daily challenges and would like to strengthen the team in the future.

We were particularly pleased that Schley Armaturen is also active in the internship exchange Praktikum Hansebelt and is always on the lookout for new interns, working students and trainees to promote the skilled workers of tomorrow in their own company.
