Successful relaunch of the Praktikum Hansebelt website
Optimised platform offers new opportunities for pupils and companies in the Hansebelt
**Bad Oldesloe/Ratzeburg/Segeberg/Eutin/Lübeck, 27 September 2024** - The redesigned "Praktikum Hansebelt" website is live! This joint initiative of the business development agencies of the districts of Stormarn, Herzogtum Lauenburg, Segeberg, Ostholstein and the Hanseatic City of Lübeck offers pupils and companies a modernised user interface and enhanced functions that make it much easier to access internship opportunities in the Hansebelt. A particular highlight: companies can enter their internship offers free of charge and can now make changes to their offers independently and easily.
With the relaunch, the platform is responding to the increased demand for an intuitive, user-friendly solution that supports young people in their search for internships and gives companies the opportunity to present their offers in a targeted manner. www.praktikum-hansebelt.de makes it easier to search for internships in various sectors and regions and strengthens the link between education and business.
"Through this platform, we bring young people together with companies that are looking for precisely the talents that our pupils bring with them. This creates an ideal basis for later professional co-operation and strengthens the region in the long term," explains Stephan Zechner from Wirtschafts- und Aufbaugesellschaft Stormarn mbH (WAS).
**Main functions of the new website
- Modern and clearly organised user interface: Enables quick and easy navigation through the range of offers.
- Extended search and filter options: Students can search for specific sectors and regions.
- Free entry for companies: Companies can post and manage their internship positions free of charge and with just a few clicks.
- Wide range of sectors and career opportunities: The platform showcases the wide variety of companies and professions in the Hansebelt to provide young people with a comprehensive picture of local career options.
- Independent management of internship offers: Companies now have the opportunity to make changes to their internship offers independently, making it even easier to update and manage the adverts.
- Regular updates and direct support: Personal support for students and companies from regional contacts.
"The platform's new design not only helps young people find internships, but also offers them the chance to match their own strengths and interests with career opportunities. This is an important step for their professional future," explains Kim Liza Krüger from the Herzogtum Lauenburg district economic development agency.
The diversity of professions and sectors presented on the platform is a central focus of the relaunch. "For us in Ostholstein, it is important that pupils not only find internships in their area through the platform, but can also try out exactly the activities that suit them. In this way, we create a win-win situation for the young people and the companies," says Tina Theresa Kohlhof from Entwicklungsgesellschaft Ostholstein mbH.
www.praktikum-hansebelt.de thus offers both young people and companies a valuable platform for career guidance and securing skilled labour in the region. Companies can post their internship offers easily and free of charge, manage changes independently and thus specifically promote the region's next generation of skilled workers.
"During the redesign, we made sure that pupils recognise their own strengths and can filter the internships according to their interests. The aim is for young people to not just complete any internship, but to find a real match with their skills and inclinations," adds Till Gottstein from the Segeberg district's economic development organisation.
The Lübeck Economic Development Agency is also involved in the project again and will provide information and support to all participating and interested companies from the Hanseatic city in future.
