Start of our start-up counselling in Stormarn
Successful start to the free initial consultations: Our first start-up consultation took place on 4 June - with a consistently positive response: all consultation appointments were fully booked! Numerous people interested in setting up a business took the opportunity to approach experienced mentors with their individual questions.
Personalised support for people interested in starting a business
Under the motto "From the idea to the business model", WAS regularly offers free, confidential initial consultations in cooperation with Mentors for Businesses in Schleswig-Holstein e. V. and Wirtschafts-Senioren-Beraten e. V. from Hamburg. The aim is to offer people interested in setting up a business and succession planning expert guidance at an early stage.
The initial counselling session covered the following topics, among others:
- Viability check of the business model
- Market and competition analysis
- Financing options and funding programmes
- Choice of legal form and organisational principles
