Company visit to Krandienst Schulz in Braak
We recently had another opportunity to get to know an impressive company from Stormarn: Krandienst Schulz GmbH & Co KG - a leading provider of heavy goods logistics in northern Germany.
Since its foundation in 1972, the family business has developed into a real heavyweight in the industry. With 80 employees and a new operating area of around 15,400 m², which was acquired by WAS in 2022, Krandienst Schulz focuses on innovation and growth. A state-of-the-art office and workshop building has been built at the new site in Braak that sets new standards: In addition to maintaining its own cranes, the company also carries out MOT inspections here - a service that is almost unique in northern Germany.
The location in Braak, directly on the A1 motorway, offers the best conditions for further growth. During our visit, Managing Director Günter Sichward and authorised signatory Volker Schubert emphasised the excellent cooperation with the local authorities, who have actively supported the expansion.
Training young talent also plays a central role at Krandienst Schulz. Whether in the office or in the workshop - the next generation of heavy-duty logistics is trained here with state-of-the-art technology and a great deal of team spirit.
With a clear vision, innovative approaches and a dedicated team, Krandienst Schulz is not only a reliable partner for its customers, but also an important driver of economic development in Stormarn.
