Job Tour 2025 - We were there
Companies in Reinfeld and Bad Oldesloe open their doors
Once again this year, WAS co-organised the Job Tour 2025 together with the Lübeck Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the town of Bad Oldesloe and the Stormarn district. Our common goal: to give many school pupils the chance to take a real look behind the scenes of exciting companies.
To inspire the skilled workers of tomorrow, a total of 18 companies opened their doors in Reinfeld and Bad Oldesloe - including Mast Diagnostica, Herose, Camfil, Minimax, Sparkasse Holstein, HAKO and many more.
The participants were able to get a taste of very different professions - from
- Mechatronics technician
- IT specialist
- Electronics technician for energy and building technology
- Machine and plant operator
- Gardener and landscaper
- Bank clerk or finance clerk
through to office management clerks, warehouse logistics specialists or salespeople in the food trade - and much more.
Some companies took part for the first time - and some were even overbooked! A complete success.
One particular highlight: two students spontaneously agreed internships as gardeners and landscapers at Xyloferrum in Reinfeld - we are delighted about that!
Our conclusion:
More companies are needed that give young people an insight into their training occupations. Because that's where enthusiasm for the professional world of tomorrow is born.
