125 years of tradition!

Company visit to August Ernst GmbH

This week, our colleague Yvonne Linke had the opportunity to visit August Ernst GmbH in Bad Oldesloe as a guest of the VdU Verein der Unternehmerinnen together with a group of female entrepreneurs from Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein and take a look behind the scenes of the production of the famous Oldesloer Korn.

Managing Director Thomas Ernst warmly welcomed the participants and took them on a journey through the company's impressive 125-year history. The highlight was definitely the factory tour by plant manager Stephan Röding, who explained the production process "from wheat grain to bottle" - from the distillery to bottling, labelling, packaging and storage.

A big thank you to the team at August Ernst GmbH for the exciting insights and the great tour, as well as to the VdU for the organisation and the valuable exchange!
