Declaration on accessibility

Wirtschafts- und Aufbaugesellschaft Stormarn mbH endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with Section 11, Paragraph 1 of the State Disability Equality Act (LBGG) and the legal requirements for digital accessibility in accordance with Section 13 Paragraph 3 LBGG.

This declaration on accessibility applies to the website: www.was-stormarn.de

Legal basis

The accessibility requirements are based on Section 13 (3) of the Schleswig-Holstein Disability Equality Act (LBGG) and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) Section 3 and Section 4, which is based on Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

Wirtschafts- und Aufbaugesellschaft Stormarn mbH is continuously working on improving the accessibility of the website and gradually removing existing barriers.

Adaptable design: The layout of the website is automatically adapted to the screen of the device being used (PC, notebook, tablet or smartphone).

Zooming the content in the browser not only enlarges the text, but also results in a single-column view that does not require horizontal scrolling. The page can be enlarged using the common Windows browsers with the key combination "Ctrl" and "+". "Ctrl" and "-" reduces the content, "Ctrl" and "0" restores the original state.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not yet fully accessible:

  • PDF documents are only partially accessible. We are working on improving this. We are unable to modify PDF documents that are made available to us for publication.

  • Not all images, graphics, audio and video files currently have alternative texts or subtitles. Missing alternatives will be added step by step and new content will be made available as soon as possible. Informative image content takes precedence over purely decorative elements. Videos are mainly published via YouTube, where automatically generated subtitles are available.

  • Embedded content or functions from external providers (e.g. maps or other third-party services) may not be fully accessible.

  • Some colour contrasts do not yet fully meet the requirements.

We are endeavouring to gradually eliminate these barriers as far as technically and organisationally possible.
