Added value for the region: New catalogue for sustainable business parks in the Hansebelt
The regional management in the Hansebelt has been working intensively on the question of how future industrial estates can be designed sustainably. A project team, in which WAS played an active role, developed an innovative catalogue of actions aimed at project sponsors, investors, business development agencies, local authorities and other interested parties. This catalogue offers comprehensive guidelines for the sustainable development of commercial sites.
In collaboration with IPP ESN Power Engineering, we are now presenting a comprehensive sustainability guide for the future region between the Baltic Sea and the Elbe. The guide consists of 69 detailed profiles that take into account the ecological, energy and economic framework conditions of the region. Interested parties can use these profiles to check which measures are both feasible and sensible in order to achieve the sustainability goals in new and existing business parks.
