Bad Oldesloe - Sandkamp
The "Am Sandkamp" industrial estate is located in the west of Bad Oldesloe and is close to the A21 motorway, which links Hamburg with Kiel and provides access to the A1. It was developed in 1999 and covers an area of 6.7 hectares. This site focuses mainly on services, production and trade and is also home to an extensive hotel complex and a leisure centre.
Opposite the site, which is now fully commercialised, WAS is expanding the "Rögen" industrial estate with development plan 122. Further sustainable commercial space is expected to be created here on an area of around 38 hectares by mid-2026.
