Review of the 3rd knowledge meeting of our network
How do we secure and increase entrepreneurial performance - today and in the future? This question was the focus of the third IT'S STORMARN knowledge meeting, which took place on 1 August 2025 at the TOPMOTIVE Group in Bargteheide. Together with experts from the partner companies in our network, we were able to experience an intensive day with lots of valuable impulses, perspectives and concrete practical approaches.
A day full of inspiration, dialogue and impact
Marcus Gropp (Hanse Executives GmbH) kicked things off with a rousing keynote speech on new ways of thinking for sustainable companies. Six companies from our region then presented their very own strategies for improving performance - from the use of innovative key performance indicators and digital sales strategies to a people-centred leadership culture and intelligent knowledge management.
The subsequent dialogue allowed participants to talk directly with the speakers, share their experiences and take away new ideas. A special highlight was the company tour of the TOPMOTIVE Group, where participants were given an exclusive look behind the scenes of the company.

With the knowledge meeting, we have once again shown how much potential there is in our region - if we network, learn from each other and take bold steps together.
